Fixturek.com currently ships to addresses within the United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations now.
Processing Time

Returns Policy
30-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy, we offer a straightforward return policy:
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Please note that some items, such as mattresses and bedding, may not be returnable for hygiene reasons. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@fixturek.com or call 1-800-123-4567 to start the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on returning the item.
- Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Be sure to include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the Item: Use the pre-paid return label provided by Fixturek.com to send the package back to us. If you choose not to use the pre-paid label, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery at support@fixturek.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of the wrong size or colour or otherwise not as expected. To initiate an exchange, follow the steps outlined in the “How to Initiate a Return” section and specify that you would like an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene or other reasons. These items will be marked on the product page and include:
